ING posts 1Q2025 net result of €1,455 million, with strong growth in customer balances and fee income.
ING announced today that, as part of our €2.0 billion share buyback programme announced on 31 October 2024, in total 4,609,386 shares were repurchased during the week of 22 April 2025 up to and including 25 April 2025.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ING Groep N.V. was held today in Amsterdam. The AGM adopted all agenda items, including the annual accounts for 2024, discharge of the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board and the dividend for 2024.
ING announced today that, as part of our €2.0 billion share buyback programme announced on 31 October 2024, in total 2,533,714 shares were repurchased during the week of 14 April 2025 up to and including 17 April 2025.
