Why do companies, like ING, use artificial intelligence (AI) in their day-to-day operations?
This was the question posed by Dutch broadcaster RTL-Z this week in their Cyber Sessions AI television series made in collaboration with the Kickstart AI initiative.
Reporter Suzanne Blonk visited ING’s Cedar office in Amsterdam to interview employees Pieter Goderis, Hanneke Stellink and Wout Kooijman on the bank’s use of AI.
Each spoke about specific uses of AI including the personalisation of offers, keeping customers safe and secure by preventing things like fraud and quickly establishing how companies score on their climate goals.
