In a wide-ranging interview published this week, Pinar reveals that she has become thoroughly orange, why she likes living in Amsterdam, the influence of her mother, being the first in her family to attend university and her time in Silicon Valley.
Specifically on ING, Pinar mentions why she believes she was chosen to be Turkish CEO. She talks about the bank’s entrepreneurial spirit, our cultural differences, our Be First strategy, wanting to add one million customers a year and the need to be faster.
