The Banker en PWM Magazine, both part of the Financial Times, named ING ‘Best Private Bank’ in The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Strengthen relation while digitalizing

The jury, composed of professionals and experts from the international banking and financial sector, was impressed by the innovative way ING has strengthen the client relation while digitalizing the services: “While most of the latest developments in digital communication have been emanating from banks based in South-East Asia, the judges welcomed the fact that ING was also making important progress in this area in the heart of Europe and were keen to highly commend ING for intensive efforts in this area.”

Additional to the two awards ING was also highly commended in the category ’Best Private Bank for Digital Communication’.
