Małgorzata Kołakowska, CEO of ING Bank Śląski, was named “Best Manager 2014” by Bloomberg Businessweek Polska.

In a survey, the editorial team of Bloomberg Businessweek Polska asked managers of the biggest listed and non-listed companies to indicate the best and most effective heads of companies, who should be rewarded for:
- being successful and persistent
- how they deal with competitors
- being modern
- competing effectively, not only on the Polish market, but also on foreign markets.
Małgorzata Kołakowska, CEO of ING Bank Śląski, was recognised for pursuing the Bank’s strategy and business effectively and unfalteringly in order to maintain its strong position, both for individual and corporate customers. “I’m very happy with this award,” says Kolakowska. “It is an external recognition of our efforts to deliver on our customer promise – which we all at ING Bank Śląski are dedicated to achieve.”
Bloomberg Businessweek Polska is the Polish edition of the most influential economic magazine in the world.
