ING announces release of Annual Report

ING Groep N.V. today announces that the proxy voting materials relating to its Annual General Meeting of shareholders (AGM) will be available on the ING website (www.ing.com) as of 19 March 2008. The AGM will be held on Tuesday 22 April 2008.
The proxy materials will include:
- the agenda for the AGM , including explanatory notes and announcements required under applicable law as well as ING’s Articles of Association;
- the Company’s 2007 Annual Report, including the audited annual financial statements and other information, the reports of the ING’s Executive Board and Supervisory Board; and
- the proposal to amend the Company’s Articles of Association.
ING shareholders and holders of ING depositary receipts can request hard copies of the complete audited financial statements in the Annual Report, free of charge.
