ING announces filing Form 20-F with SEC

ING announces that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended 31 December 2007 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The 2007 Form 20-F can be downloaded from the SEC website www.sec.gov. As of 20 March 2008 it can also be found at www.ing.com/investorrelations.

ING shareholders and holders of ING depositary receipts can request copies of the 2007

Form 20-F, free of charge at ING.
