Manage your money on the go

Mobile banking means you can manage your money on the go. But most people actually use their mobile banking in their own home.

That’s one of the findings in our new ING International Survey of almost 12,000 people in Europe.

No matter which location they choose to do their banking at, our "mobile bankers" are feeling the benefits. In fact, mobile banking even appears to be changing the way they manage their money.

Two-thirds say they feel more in control of their money because they use mobile banking. Most of them say they pay their bills on time more often and they tell us they are overdrawn less often. Perhaps that is because they also check their balances more regularly. When it comes to hitting the shops, the mobile bankers feel they have more control of their spending. That's how mobile banking can help.
